Originally from Long Island New York, Anna Wroblewski joined the Food & Beverage team in October 2018. At BCC Anna helps primarily with events both on the member side as well as with private non-member events. She helps to plan and execute events as well as to lead the day of staff. In addition to working with events Anna also assists in managing the dining room.

Before joining the BCC team, Anna studied at Johnson & Wales University Charlotte campus and received Associate degrees in both Culinary Arts and Baking and Pastry Arts and went on to complete her Bachelor’s degree in Food Service Management. While attending Johnson & Wales, Anna had an opportunity to work the 2018 Augusta National Master’s Golf Tournament which sparked her interest in the private club industry and ultimately leading to her joining the BCC team.

Anna’s passion for the food service and hospitality industries began at a young age, growing up around her family’s Deli and catering company in Queens, New York. With this passion, Anna always knew that she wanted to pursue a profession in this industry. Her previous industry endeavors primarily include back of the house kitchen experience and most recently as the head pastry chef of a restaurant on Long Island. Ultimately, Anna traded in her chef coat to work in the front of the house to have a more direct relationship with the members and guests.
