Courtney Smith joined Ballantyne Country Club in September 2015 as the Assistant FAC Director. Over the course of her five years, she has specialized in Children’s Events/Parties. Courtney is responsible for constructing annual children & family events, birthday parties, and Tiny Tots Summer Camp. Her favorite part about working at BCC is getting to know all the families here and having to opportunity to watch their kids grow up through our programs.
Courtney has a Bachelor’s Degree in Recreation & Leisure Management from York College of Pennsylvania. She grew up in Reading, PA with her parents and four siblings. After concluding her college degree with an internship at Sea Pines Resort in Hilton Head, SC in the summer of 2015, she moved to Charlotte to begin her career here at Ballantyne Country Club.
