Ken Dixon has been at Ballantyne Country Club since July, 2018 where he worked part-time in the cart barn while earning his graduate degree and teaching U.S. history at UNC Charlotte. Ken has always had a passion for the game of golf. He played four years of collegiate golf at Mar Hill University, and published his Master's thesis on development of golf in the southern U.S. and its effects on the Civil Rights Movement. Upon his graduation in 2019, Ken was hired as a full-time Golf Apprentice. Ken also met his wife at BCC; they now have one beautiful daughter and two dogs that they love to take on day trips to the mountains and the beach in their free time.
